Phases I & II: Over 450 homes delivered

SODIC has begun delivering homes in Phases I & II in Allegria, its award winning community. Building on SODIC's commitment to its clients, over 450 units have been delivered as of September 2011. Located to the west of Cairo, Allegria is one of SODIC's first projects, built around Greg Normans Signature Course with the concept of rediscovering the simple pleasures of life. Designed by world-class local and international architects with more than 33 different types of homes, Allegria has over 80% of land dedicated to greenery, pocket gardens and parks.
